• Wag for NomNoms offers a subscription box and one-time purchase service for dog treats and chews.
   
• All products are intended for dogs only. Please read ingredient information and serving instructions carefully.
   

• Subscription boxes are billed $40 per month.
   
• One-time boxes are billed $45 per box.
   
• Additional dogs can be added for $10 per dog per box.
   
• Payments are processed securely via our online payment system.
   
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
   

• Shipping costs are included in the box price unless otherwise noted.
   
• Boxes are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent.
   
• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
   

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
   
• If your box arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
   
• Refunds for shipping errors or damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
   

• Chews remain in original sealed packaging.
   
• Training treats are repackaged responsibly and clearly labeled.
   
• All products are curated for quality and safety.
   
• Always supervise your dog while consuming treats. Wag for NomNoms is not liable for allergic reactions, choking, or injury resulting from improper use.
   

• All website content, logos, and branding (“Wag for NomNoms”) are our property.
   
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
   

• Your personal and payment information is handled securely and used only to fulfill your order.
   
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of shipping and payment processing.
   

• Wag for NomNoms is not responsible for damages or injury resulting from the use of our products.
   
• By purchasing, you agree to assume all risks associated with your dog consuming our products.
